Over the last few years this has been excellent service. Graham has been so professional and friendly and in 4 years this shuttle was always on time. Graham is a great and safe driver and made our journeys so much more pleasant with his lovely personality.
Will miss the shuttle service but most of all Graham. Such a gentleman and assess to your company. You are lucky to have him.

I would like to express my gratitude to Craig who was our driver for our recent London trip. Craig did everything we asked and more. He was great with the students and extermely helpful with staff.
his knowledge of London was extensive, and he was able to advise on good areas for drop off and pickup. If we were late, he was accommodating and flexible.
In affect, he made my job as trip leader very very easy and stress free.

I wasn’t sure who to contact from your website, but I just wanted to pass on a message about the regular driver of the 752 school bus that goes from Cheadle to Loreto Grammar.
My daughter will finish her first year (7) at Loreto tomorrow, and she and I wanted to pass on our thanks to the driver. He has made the schoolchildren feel safe and welcome, and has made the start and end of the day a friendly place for them. They’ve also experienced replacement drivers that haven’t been quite the same, so they recognise what a nice man he is and that’s been really important to them in what has been an incredibly challenging year for them.
We would probably have just bought him some chocolates if it had been a “normal“ year, but Covid precautions have made some things a bit harder to do!
So please pass on our thanks and gratitude. I would imagine it can be a thankless task at times, so his kindness and care throughout have been very much appreciated.

I have been a passenger on the Belle-vue shuttle service between Staycity and the Christie Hospital for 8 weeks while having Proton Beam Therapy.
This email is to give special thanks to both Alain and Tracey for both their careful driving but also their friendliness and consideration with assisting me get off the bus, ensuring my wheeled walker was ready and safe for me to use.

Morning Belle Vue
Just wanted to drop a quick email for feedback regarding one of your drivers.
My 3 children get the Y11 mornings and afternoon, have done for years. Whilst the drivers have occasionally changed, your current driver is by far the best we’ve had. One thing that sticks out particularly is punctuality. The bus is ALWAYS waiting to depart from the first stop at 07:45. Traffic to school is notoriously unpredictable but he manages to get them to school on time. Furthermore, the bus is regularly getting to it’s last stop (Red Lion, Cheadle) earlier than previous drivers. That big yellow bus is a welcome sight at 16:10 (ish) when the weather isn’t being kind. Historically, we’ve been lucky if it’s pulling up at 16:20!
Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. He took over duties from Jan this year and did introduce himself originally, but it’s been too far gone now for the embarrassing question of ‘what’s your name again?’ and so it’s now just ‘mate’!
In an age where there is the belief of ‘when you do things right, people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all’, he is a prime example. His efforts make mine (and I’m sure the other parents’) day and schedule just that little bit easier and it’s very much appreciated.

I am writing to firstly thank you for being an amazing coach company to work with.
Further to thank you personally, as you took us on our past outing to ‘simply cycling’ and you were a true role model for our girls in how calm you remained despite a window having been smashed.
Besides that you were patient, kind, helpful, positive, pleasant and encouraging. It made the journey all the nicer having a driver that really understands and gets ‘teens’
We want to thank you again and cannot think of using any other coach company for our trips in the future.
I also want to make special mention of Craig who spent three days with us on our overnight trip to S Wales.
What an incredible helpful, understanding and amenable driver he was right from the onset of the journey till the very end.
He basically packed the coach on the last day for us ensuring there was room for everyone and everything besides being empathetic throughout.
With such positive experiences we look forwarding to using your company on a continual basis.

TAC Blackpool Lights Trip
We had a great day out and loved the executive mini-coach.
Our driver Kevin was flexible and very attentive to the elderly offering help with seat belts and ensuring all were comfortable prior to departure.
Taking us through the lights he ensured another comfort stop was as required.
We made sure the coach was kept clean and tidy along the journey but Kevin was also efficient in checking all rubbish was cleared and the coach ready for the next group.
Please keep his details on our file so he can be our driver next time.

Neighbourhood Area 3 Children's Centre's
I just wanted to provide you with some positive feedback about Phil, the driver who took our Year 4 children to and from Macclesfield Forest today. He was absolutely amazing! He was consistently cheerful and went above and beyond to help it run smoothly- he even picked up and relocated a skip which was blocking the road! A child was sick on the way back and again, this didn't phase him at all. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Phil.

I am just writing to say thankyou for your help, hospitality and organisation in arranging the coach from the Shamrock Inn, Little Hulton to Oxford United this Saturday just gone (12th February).
Andrew the driver was superb, he was friendly and helpful all the way there and back. The coach was lovely and clean and was really comfy. We really had a good time and would love to possibly arrange one through yourself again in the future, it was very professionally ran.
We cleaned up the bits of rubbish at the end when we got dropped off so I hope all was okay on the coach on the return to the yard. Someone also left their phone on board in which Andy contacted ourselves to sort it out, so again thankyou for your honesty and kindness.
Overall it was one of the best coach trips i have been on for a while, so credit to Belle vue and all its employees and thankyou all again.
I just wanted to email to thank two of your staff Alan and Tracy who drive the bus for the Proton Beam centre.
I had treatment at the proton centre during September & October and Alan and Tracy were both a huge part of what made me feel at home in Manchester. Always friendly, chatty, helpful and funny. I was not looking forward to living away from home so long but I quickly settled in and they were a big part of that. The work that they do is so important and I will always remember them both and the impact they had on my experience. I wanted to send an email to thank them both and Bellevue for the amazing service.
If this email/message gets to them, tell them Kate is no longer wearing the collar on my neck and my surgeons are trialling me without - so hopefully I have no more surgery this year!

My name is Ken Brannagan I have been in Manchester for the last 6.5 weeks being treated at the Christie hospital for cancer, I am now in the car on my way back down south having had my last treatment today.
I'm just going over the last month and a half in my head and the places I visited whilst there and the people I have met. Two of the people that stand out were 2 of your drivers that were on the stay city/Christie center run Colin and Alan, every time I got on the bus I was greeted with a smiling face and a genuine concern to find out my progress, and how I was and if I was OK. But what I noticed over time is that it was with every passenger and there family they made a real effort to involve themselves and make everyone feel comfortable.
There willingness to share there local knowledge of things to see and do in Manchester and how to get there was above and beyond.
These two gentlemen are an asset to your company and ambassadors to your brand they have made the journey to and from a pleasure.
I will miss our chats and wish them both all the best for the future

From the great customer service provided by the office team during the initial booking process, all the way to the professionalism of the drivers on our journeys. They were incredibly flexible and happily made changes to their service based on our ever-changing requirements.
Belle Vue also provided high quality vehicles which were driven by well-presented and well-mannered drivers. We will definitely be using Belle Vue Coaches again in our future projects in the Manchester area!

Just wanted to message to say that Tim [the driver on the Y24] has been amazing while the weather has been so hot and the bus so uncomfortable for the children who I know individually as I am on the 24 almost every week as chaperone and have been for several years now. He bought a cool box and filled it with water bottles and I brought extra water and every child on the bus had a cold drink - there were almost 50 children on board. I think he is very considerate and it's a pleasure to work with him.
Cardiff tripDear Belle Vue,I am writing to you in regards to one of your drivers that took me and my group down to Cardiff, Rob.Rob was brilliant for the full three days that we had him. He was very professional and respectful to all the guests over the duration of the tour and made sure that all health and safety procedures were carried out. He also had excellent personal skills and made you feel that you could approach him with ease and he would be willing to work together as a team.

Mrs G and my daughter Maisie have been on a school trip today from Millbrook Primary in Stalybridge to Chester.
Whenever they go on such a trip they know the first question I ask is what was the transport like, was the coach clean, was it safe, what was the driver like etc etc.
I walked in this evening and before I even had chance to ask they told me they have been on the best coach and the driver Dominic was amazing.
Apparently he had them singing wheels on the bus on the way to Chester and then to the whole class’s delight he had arranged for them to watch The Greatest Showman on the TVs on the way home, this was the highlight of the day according to Maisie.
Dominic was an absolute credit to Belle Vue, he was absolutely first class according to the girls!
