We have a wide range of resources and activities for children and young people at the Runway Visitor Park, tailored to all ages from Reception all the way up to Sixth Form.

Our Education Centre is based in a converted section of our Monarch Airlines DC10 aircraft, complete with seating, flight deck and audio-visual kit. It’s a unique learning environment with a genuine “onboard” feel. Visits can also be arranged for student groups to the airport terminal

What we offer Reception to Year 9
What’s included?
Hop onboard our aircraft and sit in the Captain’s seat. Business role-play: Air Traffic Control, Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and more. A close up view of Concorde (providing there is no other event being held in the hangar). Enjoy unrivalled views of the runways from our special raised mounds. If your school creates their own passports, bring them along for our official stamp.

Year 10 to A Level
