1. ISO Quality Management

One of the ways BELLE VUE provides QUALITY on all our school trips is by having ISO Quality Management across the company. ISO Quality Management: By focusing on our customersā€™ experience, ISO 9001 has better equipped our business to meet their needs, improving the customer focus throughout the business. Certification shows that our organisationā€™s quality processes have been audited against the ISO 9001 standards with third party certification bodies offering independent confirmation that an organisation meets the requirements of the 9001 standard.

2. OCRS Score

The OCRS Rating with the DVSA is the best way to assess an operators Vehicle Maintenance safety. This is measured by the DVSA and scored like a traffic light system based on vehicle MOT pass rate and roadside inspections. Based on the points tally, DVSA then allocates an OCRS traffic light status of green (low risk), amber (medium) or red (high risk). There is also a grey category for what DVSA terms an unknown operator ā€“ one for which no enforcement data is yet available. Make sure you travel with a GREEN operator who is safe and compliant!

3. Driver DBS Checks

The Guild is an association of 22 top quality coach companies dedicated to providing our customers with a first class service in the UK. The members provide luxury coaches for charter throughout Britain and Europe and offer comprehensive travel management services. Guild members can meet all your travel needs. You are assured of outstanding commitment to the highest standards - backed by a rigorous independent audit. Coach companies are required to achieve a 100% pass on the quality standards checklist before being accepted into Membership.

Our core values are to be 100% compliant. This means a operating a safe fleet of vehicles, training, inductiing and screening our drivers to deliver a transport by road that is safer, cleaner and greener. To do this we have a team of professional external companies who are experts in their field to audit our operations from top to bottom. This ensures we are working to best industry practice and operating way above industry standards, offering the best transport service to our clients.

6. Managing Low Insurance Premiums

Insurance Claims Record. This measures the numbers of claims and accidents in a year. Anything above 60% is below average. 40% or less is good. 20% or less really well managed. We normally operate between 20-40% on average. We have a constant training plan to improve driver behaviour. We monitor CCTV and we improve weekly operations eliminating potential accident occurrence.
